Our sessions are led with curiosity to open doors into your life. We create a supportive, grounded space where you can pause, feel seen, and find relief from the demands of everyday life. In a trusting and comfortable environment, individual therapy allows you to explore your inner world, process emotions, and speak openly about your experiences.
I create a safe, nonjudgmental space for you to share your story, and collaboratively we create a tailor-made plan to your unique needs, goals, and life circumstances. Because therapy is not one-size-fits-all, our work together is collaborative and flexible. As the expert of your own story, I’m here to witness, advocate, reflect, and guide, adjusting gently to meet you where you are.
I have a holistic client centered approach that is informed by mindfulness. Depth gives insight into the unconscious and conscious parts of you. Somatic connects the body and mind. Psychodynamic explores your past to uncover how it shapes your present. CBT and DBT give you the skills to manage negative thoughts and emotions. I use EMDR to heal from traumatic experiences.
