As the expert of your own story, I’m here to witness, advocate, reflect, and guide, adjusting gently to meet you where you are. Therapy is not “one size fits all” and together we tailor our sessions to your needs.

My goal is to help you stop dwelling on negative thoughts by giving you the skills to manage overwhelming emotions and cultivating the most authentic version of yourself. 

Helping individuals rediscover parts of themselves that have felt disconnected is vital part in finding joy and meaning. There is a process of opening the pathways that will connect us to ourselves, community, environment and Earth. It’s all interconnected. Trauma that has been tethered for so long can beginning to release its hold. Like many others things, skills, kindness and patience can bring forth personal growth.

Through sessions I will help people in recognizing and articulating their feelings. I will support clients in healing from past experiences while navigating the presentBring awareness to deeper, underlying experiences and emotional patterns. Providing tools that encourage change. We will work collaboratively to define goals and support progress toward them.

I love guiding people through a process of transformation into a more empowered and authentic version of themselves. The most rewarding part about being a therapist is watching people go through a metamorphosis, which allows them to shed layers and be freer.
