Inside the Session…
Our sessions are led with curiosity to open doors into your life. We create a supportive, grounded space where you can pause, feel seen, and find relief from the demands of everyday life. In a trusting and comfortable environment, individual therapy allows you to explore your inner world, process emotions, and speak openly about your experiences.
I create a safe, nonjudgmental space for you to share your story, and collaboratively we create a tailor-made plan to your unique needs, goals, and life circumstances. Because therapy is not one-size-fits-all, our work together is collaborative and flexible. As the expert of your own story, I’m here to witness, advocate, reflect, and guide, adjusting gently to meet you where you are.
I have a holistic client centered approach that is informed by mindfulness. Depth gives insight into the unconscious and conscious parts of you. Somatic connects the body and mind. Psychodynamic explores your past to uncover how it shapes your present. CBT and DBT give you the skills to manage negative thoughts and emotions. I use EMDR to heal from traumatic experiences.
Identity
Identity can feel uncertain or fragmented—shaped by expectations, past experiences, cultural messages, or roles you’ve outgrown. You might find yourself asking, Who am I, really? Perhaps you feel pulled between different versions of yourself, disconnected from your values, or unsure of where you belong. When your sense of self feels unclear, it can impact your relationships, confidence, and direction.
My approach to identity work is thoughtful, affirming, and deeply collaborative. Together, we’ll explore the stories you’ve inherited and the ones you want to author for yourself. We’ll look at how your relationships, culture, experiences, and inner dialogue have shaped your self-concept—while gently untangling what no longer fits. Along the way, we’ll strengthen self-awareness, self-compassion, and alignment with your core values.
Our work centers on helping you feel more grounded, integrated, and empowered—so you can move through the world with greater clarity, authenticity, and trust in who you are becoming.

Trauma & PTSD
Trauma can leave lasting imprints—on your nervous system, your relationships, and the way you see yourself and the world. You might feel on edge, emotionally numb, easily overwhelmed, or disconnected from parts of your experience. At times, it can seem as though the past is still shaping your present, making it hard to feel safe, steady, or fully yourself.
My approach to trauma work is gentle, paced, and grounded in safety. Together, we’ll create a space where your story can be explored without retraumatization or pressure. We’ll pay attention to how trauma lives in the body and nervous system, while building practical tools for regulation and stability. As trust develops, we can carefully process painful experiences, honoring both your resilience and the parts of you that needed protection.
Our work centers on helping you feel more secure, empowered, and connected—so the past holds less power over your present, and you can move forward with greater choice, confidence, and a renewed sense of wholeness.

Building boundaries, resilience, and a greater sense of agency in your relationships and daily life
